Horizon Health has an opportunity for a Family Practice physician to join our growing organization.
We are a critical access hospital and group of rural health clinics, but much larger in scope and size than typical rural organizations. We have cutting-edge technology, new offerings for the communities we serve, strong specialty support, and still have the small-town approach and values that make our organization so special.
The Family Medicine Group is currently staffed with 14 physicians and providers, with specialist support in behavioral health, women’s services, general surgery, orthopedics, pain, dermatology, podiatry, and cardiology. Additionally, we have 16 visiting specialists that see patients in the clinic each month. The hospital has a 24/7 hospitalist service and convenient care for patients. We have a physician friendly EMR. In 2022, we completed an expansion project adding 32,000 square feet to our Paris Clinic.
