Our NutriHealth Program is a 12-week program designed for patients that:

Are age 18 years or older
Have been unsuccessful in traditional weight loss methods
Want to lose 10 lbs, and up to 80lbs+
Are committed to following the medical recommendations for weight loss
May not yet be ready to pursue surgery
Have had surgery, but may be in need of additional coaching related to diet and exercise
