Horizon Health's Rehab team will offer free fall risk assessments at the Rehab building on Horizon Health's main campus in Paris. Individuals who should consider a fall risk assessment include those experiencing dizziness, balance, or walking difficulties, joint or muscle weakness, falls or near-falls, or a recent change in health status.

Participants will receive a box lunch after their assessment.
