Horizon Health staff goes above and beyond for our patients every day. If there is an employee you would like to recognize for his/her exceptional patient care, take a few minutes to thank or nominate him/her for a DAISY award or a High-5 PRIDE award.
Celebrates nurses who go above and beyond the call of duty to give their patients the best care possible. This national award program is conducted through the DAISY Foundation. It recognizes an extraordinary nurse who is there for her patients, colleagues, and the community. This nurse is a role model to all other nurses.
