Eye Health

We offer consultations, treatment, and surgery to benefit the health of your eyes.

Ophthalmology & Optometry

Ophthalmologists specialize in eye and vision care and are licensed to practice medicine and surgery. They diagnose and treat all eye diseases, perform eye surgery, and prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses.

Optometrists are healthcare professionals who provide primary vision care – from sight testing and correction to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of vision changes. They perform eye exams and vision tests, prescribe and dispense corrective lenses, detect certain eye abnormalities, and prescribe medications for certain eye diseases.

Expect the ophthalmologist to perform various tests on your eyes to make the correct diagnosis. Depending on the tests performed, your eyes may be dilated, in which case you will be required to wear sunglasses for several hours after the appointment.
