At day 35, unpaid balances are sent to Horizon Health’s payment partner (Magnet).

What discounts are available?
A 15 percent discount is applied to the patient’s portion of the
fee if paid within 30 days of the invoice date. This applies to all services,
excluding copays, Meals on Wheels, Occupational Health, swing bed, and
Phase 3 Rehab.
A 30 percent discount is applied to the patient’s portion of the
fee if paid prior to, or up to the date of service for hospital-based
