About the provider
Crystal is a provider in the Women's Health Department. She joined Horizon Health in 2003 as a registered nurse and became a family nurse practitioner in 2012. She later earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. Her background includes more than 20 years of experience in women's health, as well as family medicine, occupational medicine, urgent care, and surgery.
Crystal serves as an adjunct professor in the Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Her research has been published in numerous national peer-reviewed journals, and she has been a featured speaker at several national healthcare conferences.
In her free time, Crystal enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
