About the provider

Kayla Miller has been a Horizon Health employee since 2008. She became a family nurse practitioner in April 2020, supporting the practice of Dr. Kumar Sodvadiya, family medicine physician.

Prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner, Kayla worked in various hospital and clinic departments at Horizon Health, including the medical/surgical unit, special care unit, and orthopedics department.

Kayla was born and raised in Chrisman, where she lives with her husband, Tim, and children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and riding motorcycles.
