About the provider
Kelsey is long-time Horizon Health employee who became a family nurse practitioner in 2021. She joined the practice of Dr. Kumar Sodvadiya, family medicine physician, in 2023. In addition to family medicine, she provides nursing home coverage, along with Dr. Kumar, at Paris Health & Rehab Center.
Over the years, Kelsey has supported various Horizon Health departments and services, including EZ Care, endocrinology, and the hospital’s medical/surgical unit. She graduated from the Health Occupations program while in high school and has worked at Horizon Health as a certified nursing assistant and registered nurse.
In her free time, Kelsey is the assistant cheerleading coach at Paris High School and coaches a traveling softball team.
