About the provider
Leslie joined Horizon Health in 1996. As a registered nurse she worked in the medical/surgical department, surgery department, and Paris Clinic. She established the first wound care clinic in the Wabash Valley in 2006 and served as the clinic’s manager for 12 years. She continues to be diabetic wound care certified.
Leslie was born and raised in Washington, Indiana. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, and watching sports. She and her husband, Vernon, live in Marshall, Illinois, and have three children.

Leslie is one of two dedicated health providers in Horizon Health’s Occupational Health Clinic. As a sole provider for employee-related healthcare, she works closely with area employers to provide a full range of occupational health services, including routine health and wellness services.
