About the provider
Millie provides nutritional management, bone health/osteoporosis care, weight loss and smoking cessation services.
She has been a registered nurse since 2007 and a nurse practitioner since 2017. Prior to Horizon Health, she worked at an internal medicine clinic. Additionally, she has 10 years of combined experience in intensive care and outpatient cardiac rehab.
Millie is a native of Brazil, Indiana. She and her husband, Brian, have three children. In her free time she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with family.
