As of 6/3/25, the clinic is open with temporary hours: Tuesdays, from 8 am to 4 pm, and Thursdays, from 9 am to 3 pm. Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are welcome.
This “soft opening” features care from Horizon Health’s existing team of providers. Full-time hours in Tilton will be available soon, once the clinic’s primary provider completes the final steps of onboarding.
