Horizon Health is accepting registration for its free weight loss seminar in May.
The seminar will take place Wednesday, May 4, at 4 pm, in the Paris Clinic.
Dr. Yaniv Cozacov, Cleveland Clinic-trained bariatric surgeon, will discuss how the Horizon Health bariatrics program can help individuals achieve their weight loss goals.
The event will include a question-and-answer session.
