The dedicated employees in the pain management clinic work closely with patients to control their pain.

HOURS:  Tuesdays and Fridays by appointment


Our Pain Management team provides anesthesia services to help manage acute and chronic pain through treatments for the following conditions:

  • Lower back pain
  • Herniated discs
  • Pinched nerves
  • Sciatica
  • Musculoskeletal pain
  • Migraines
  • Major depression

The Pain Management team also:

  • Places continuous nerve blocks to deliver medications and fluids.
  • Offers alternative, non-narcotic treatments for managing pain.
  • Provides anesthesia for surgical procedures.


Services offered

Axillary nerve blocks
Elbow, forearm, wrist, or hand pain.

Brachial plexus blocks
Elbow, forearm, wrist, or hand pain.

Femoral blocks
Lateral/anterior thigh and knee pain.

Genicular nerves treatment
Severe knee pain.

Greater occipital nerve
Chronic migraine headache.

Iliolnguinal nerve blocks
Chronic hip, groin, or pelvic pain.

Intercostal nerve blocks
Chest pain caused by rib fractures, shingles or surgery.

Lumbar epidurals
Lower back or leg pain (sciatica).

Lumbar facet injections
Spinal pain.

Lumbar plexus blocks
Hip, knee, or anterior thigh pain.

Lumbar sympathectomy
Lower back or leg pain (sciatica).

Radiofrequency ablation
Chronic pain in lower back, neck; arthritic joints, painful nerves.

Sciatic nerve blocks
Leg, ankle, or foot pain; herniated or bulging disc.

SI joint
Hip, low back, or leg pain.

Sphenopalatine ganglion blocks
Head and facial pain (migraines).

Trigger point injections
Knotted muscles, fibromyalgia,tension headache, and myofascial pain.

Transabdominal plane blocks
Abdominal pain.

What to Expect

The pain management team provides consultation and physical examination to create an individualized treatment plan designed for your ideal recovery. Following consultation and physical examination, an individualized pain management treatment plan may include one or more of the following interventions:

  • Nerve, muscle, or ligament therapy 
  • Fluoroscopic-guided epidural injections 
  • Fluoroscopic-guided facet joint and associated medial branch nerve blocks 
  • Fluroscopic-guided sacroiliac joint injections or medications 
  • Physical modalities (physical therapy) 
  • Neural therapy and prolotherapy 
  • Various anesthetic regional interventions
