What to Expect

No appointments are taken. Following your visit to EZ Care, all follow-up care will be performed through your primary care physician or physician assistant, who will be notified of your EZ Care visit.

Laboratory and radiology services are available in the event tests are ordered. EZ Care does not refill maintenance prescriptions.
