Behavioral Health Service Expands: New providers added at Sycamore Pain & Wellness

Horizon Health continues to grow its behavioral health services, adding two new providers at its Sycamore Pain & Wellness service in Terre Haute.

New additions to the Sycamore team are Tiffany Chaille, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and Mary Ellen Walker, licensed mental health counselor. They join Ashley Delaunois, who also is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

In addition to behavioral health, Sycamore Pain & Wellness provides pain management, weight management, and bone health and wellness services.

“We have a diverse pain management/behavioral health team that provides patients with the best opportunity for successful treatment,” said Dr. Thomas Pendergast, Sycamore Pain & Wellness physician and founder. “Understanding the connection between behavioral health and pain can impact the effectiveness of a treatment plan.”

About the Providers

Tiffany Chaille assesses, diagnoses, and prescribes medications for psychiatric disorders. She provides psychiatric medication management services for adolescents to geriatric patients. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana State University and a master’s degree in nursing from Indiana University. She and her husband have two sons. She loves animals and enjoys traveling and hiking. Tiffany accepts referrals from Sycamore Pain & Wellness, as well as other providers.

Mary Ellen Walker has more than 13 years of clinical experience, including 10 years in various roles within the US Department of Defense. She provides individual therapy for adolescents to geriatric patients. She has a master’s degree in mental health counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana State University. She enjoys long-distance running, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Mary Ellen accepts referrals from Sycamore Pain & Wellness providers.

Paris Clinic Open House

Horizon Health continues to expand its behavioral health service, adding new providers and physical space. The Paris Clinic, located on the Horizon Health main campus in Paris, Illinois, recently was expanded to accommodate behavioral health services and primary care providers. An open house at the new facility is set for Thursday, July 21, from 4 to 6 pm.
