New Provider Joins Horizon Health's Oakland Clinic

Horizon Health is pleased to announce that Nurse Practitioner Lori Turner has joined the provider team at Horizon Health's Oakland Clinic. She succeeds Casey Anderson, who left the clinic on October 30, 2026. 

Lori brings more than 40 years of nursing experience across a wide range of patient care specialties, including women's health, occupational medicine, pulmonary medicine, physical rehabilitation, and community health. Her experience as an advanced practice nurse also includes pre-surgical clearance and convenient care. 

"Lori's extensive clinical background and dedication to patient care make her a valuable addition to the Oakland Clinic team," said Lacey Stults, Horizon Health Vice President of Clinic Operations. "We look forward to continuing to provide quality healthcare to the Oakland community with Lori in this role." 

Before joining the Oakland Clinic, Lori served as a full-time provider for Horizon Health’s urogynecology service and EZ Care clinic. Born and raised in Kansas, Illinois, she now resides in Oakland, Illinois.

The Oakland Clinic is a rural health clinic providing care for patients of all ages. Family medicine providers offer a variety of services, from wellness exams and immunizations to medication management and treatment for minor illnesses.
