Horizon Health Support Groups Meet in July

Horizon Health announces the following free support groups in July:
Cancer Friendship Group
The group will meet Tuesday, July 26, at 10 am, in Conference Room A on Horizon Health’s main campus in Paris.
The Cancer Friendship Group meets the fourth Tuesday of each month. It offers a network of encouragement and compassion for all cancer survivors, their family members, friends, and caregivers.

Caregiver Support Group
The group will meet Wednesday, July 20, at 3:30 pm, in Conference Room A on Horizon Health’s main campus in Paris.
The Caregiver Support Group meets the third Wednesday of each month. It is for caregivers, family members, or friends of someone diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other chronic disease.

Parkinson’s Support Group
The group will meet Wednesday, July 6, and Wednesday, July 20, from 2-3 pm, at Senior Care, located in the Life Center building on Horizon Health’s main campus. Call 217-466-4170 for more information.
The Parkinson’s Support Group meets the first and third Wednesday of each month. It is for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
