Scott Family Trust Leaves Lasting Legacy Through Generous Donation

The Horizon Health Foundation is honored to receive a generous donation from the Scott Family Trust, a contribution that will have a lasting impact on healthcare in the communities served by Horizon Health.

The donation will support the Greatest Need fund. The Greatest Need fund ensures that resources are available when they are needed most at Horizon Health, allowing rapid responses to ever-changing healthcare needs. This support can range from purchasing life-saving equipment to funding patient care initiatives, enabling Horizon Health to meet critical demands and enhance healthcare delivery in the communities it serves.
