Horizon Health Hosts Tilton Clinic Open House

Get a closer look at Horizon Health’s new Tilton Clinic at an open house Tuesday, October 28.

The event, sponsored by Horizon Health, will take place from 4:30 to 6 pm at 2 Illiana Drive, Suite C, in Tilton, Illinois. The clinic is located across from the Toyota dealership off Illinois Route 1.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 4:30 pm in conjunction with Vermillion Advantage. Giveaways, refreshments, educational materials, facility tours, and staff meet-and-greets will be available.

The Tilton Clinic is led by Megan Paxson, full-time family nurse practitioner and Rockville, Indiana, native. Her goal is to build long-lasting relationships with her patients to ensure consistency in their care.

The family medicine clinic provides a full range of medical care for the entire family with a focus on health and wellness. It treats conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, ear infections, cold and flu, and minor injuries.

Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, from 7 am to 4 pm; and Friday from 7 to 11 am. The clinic is closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are welcome. Call 217-655-4362 or request an appointment online at MyHorizonHealth.org/Tilton.
