In recognition of American Heart Month, Horizon Health will host its annual Wear Red women’s event on Friday, February 6, at the American Legion, 1031 N. Main Street, in Paris, IL.

Dr. Laney Robinson, family medicine physician, will discuss heart disease in women and strategies for maintaining a healthy heart. Shannon Jones, cardiopulmonary rehab manager, will demonstrate resistance band exercises perfect for the office.

All community women are encouraged to wear red and bring their sisters, daughters, coworkers, and friends to the event.

The cost is $20 per person, which includes lunch and a small gift.
