Horizon Health to Offer Free Fall Risk Assessments in Terre Haute

The physical therapy team at Sycamore Pain & Wellness, a service of Horizon Health, will offer free fall risk assessments on Tuesday, October 20, from 10 am to noon (EDT). The clinic is located at 1378 S. State Road 46 in Terre Haute, Indiana. 

The assessments will be conducted by Danielle Jena and Ashley Fitzanko, both full-time Doctors of Physical Therapy. The assessments are designed to help individuals identify factors that may increase their risk of falling and determine whether additional support or resources may be beneficial.

Individuals who may benefit from a fall risk assessment include those experiencing:

• Dizziness
• Balance or walking difficulties
• Joint or muscle weakness
• Falls or near-falls
• A recent change in health status

Participants will receive complimentary refreshments.
