Horizon Health to Offer Free Fall Risk Assessments Oct. 14

Horizon Health's Rehabilitation team will offer free fall risk assessments on Wednesday, October 14, from noon to 2pm, at the Rehab building on Horizon Health's main campus in Paris. 

The assessments are designed to help individuals identify factors that may increase their risk of falling and determine whether additional support or resources may be beneficial.

Individuals who should consider a fall risk assessment include those experiencing:

• Dizziness
• Balance or walking difficulties
• Joint or muscle weakness
• Falls or near-falls
• A recent change in health status

Participants will receive a complimentary box lunch following their assessment.
