Details:
Leighsa Cornwell, RN, BS, community health and disease management coordinator, will provide blood pressure, blood sugar, and lipid panel (HDL, LDL, and triglycerides) screenings. For blood sugar tests, patients are asked to fast eight hours prior to the screening.
