Chantelle is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who expanded her practice to include outpatient psychiatric services in 2026.
As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Across the LIfespan), she is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Chantelle provides psychiatric services for patients of all ages, including children age 5 and older. She treats common to complex conditions, such as ADHD, addiction, anxiety, child behavior or academic issues, obesity and/or eating disorders. She also treats bipolar disorder, dementia, depression, insomnia, PTSD, and schizophrenia. She prescribes behavioral health-related medications when appropriate, one of which is Suboxone, a medication-assisted treatment for drug addiction.
Her practice includes medication management and opioid use disorder. Chantelle has worked as a nurse in the Wabash Valley since 2010. She and her husband have three sons and enjoy traveling and baseball.
