Lori Turner, APRN,FNP

About the provider

Lori rejoined Horizon Health in January 2026, supporting the urogynecology practice of Dr. Arturo Menchaca. She has more than 40 years of nursing experience in all aspects of patient care, including women's health, occupational medicine, pulmonary medicine, physical rehab, and community health.

Her experience as an advanced practice nurse includes pre-surgical clearance and convenient care. She previously worked as a full-time provider at the EZ Care walk-in clinic, where she continues as PRN status.

Lori was born and raised in Kansas, Illinois, and currently resides in Oakland, Illinois.
