Horizon Health Offers Annual Healthcare Scholarships

The application process for Horizon Health’s 2024-2025 healthcare scholarships is now closed. Thank you to everyone who applied. Winners will be announced soon.

Note that we have extended the application process for the EMT-Basic certification course through June 7, 2024, at 5 pm (Central time). Two full scholarships will be awarded to cover the cost of an upcoming EMT-Basic certification course, sponsored by Horizon Health.

Scholarships are available to persons age 18 or older who reside within Horizon Health’s primary service area. The scholarships cover the cost of the course, as well as the required background check and drug screening.
