Marshall Clinic Offers Sports Physical Special July 8

Event benefits local booster clubs

Does your child need a sports physical for the upcoming sports season?

Horizon Health’s Marshall Clinic will host a one-day event with discounted sports physicals, snacks, giveaways, and a free raffle drawing on Wednesday, July 8, from 4-6 pm. The clinic is located at 1000 North 2nd Street, Marshall, Illinois.

Walk-ins are welcome with no appointment necessary.

The cost of a sports physical is $25. Insurance will not be billed. For each physical performed, half the fee ($12.50) will be donated back to the booster club of the athlete’s choice at check-in.

What is a Sports Physical?

Sports physicals are required annually for student athletes. The visit consists of a physical exam assessing readiness for athletics. Sports physicals do not replace school physicals, and no immunizations are provided. Students under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Sports Physicals Throughout July

Can’t make the July 8 event? The same discounted sports physicals will be offered at Marshall EZ Care throughout July. No appointment is needed. EZ Care is open Monday-Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm; and weekends, from 8 am to 4 pm.
