Local resident to share weight loss surgery journey Nov. 4

Who better to explain the experience of weight loss surgery than someone who has been through it firsthand?

Eric Boone of Robinson, Illinois, will share his personal journey at a free informational session hosted by the Horizon Health Center for Weight Management. The event will take place Wednesday, November 4, from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, at The Woods Event Center, 10584 N. 600th St. in Robinson.

Attendees can enjoy a casual, welcoming atmosphere while taking advantage of the opportunity to:

• Ask questions about weight loss/bariatric surgery and the weight management journey.
• Connect with Horizon Health bariatric surgeons.
• Learn more about medical weight loss options.

A weight-management-friendly dinner will be provided.
