US Route 150 west – From Terre Haute, head west for about 25 miles to Paris, IL. Turn right (north) onto East Court Street. Drive past the first entrance (labeled Main Entrance). Pull into the second entrance, following the signs for Paris Clinic West. Dr. Thompson’s office is located on the first floor of the large two-story building, Paris Clinic West. View map

Our free patient transport service is available to help you around the Horizon Health campus. You are welcome to call upon your arrival and someone will help you into the facility. The service is available Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm, anywhere throughout our campus. Call 217-712-9495.
Free valet parking is available by driving up to the structure labeled “Transport Hub” outside the ER (west, Main Entrance side). Horizon Health staff are available to park your vehicle and assist you into the building Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm.
