Horizon Health Employees Donate to Hope House

When it comes to supporting a local cause, good things come in “fours.”
Forty-three Horizon Health employees recently donated $400 to Hope House, a local homeless shelter for teens. The employees raised the money by collectively losing 400 pounds during a friendly weight loss competition.
The competition was part of an employee wellness initiative called “The Biggest Winner.” Each participant got one vote for the charity of their choice. A portion of the funds were also used to reward the top three employees who lost the greatest percentage of body weight.
