Sycamore Pain & Wellness Offers Discounted Health Screenings

Sycamore Pain & Wellness, a service of Horizon Health, will offer discounted health screenings on Thursday, June 4, from 7 to 9 am (Eastern Time). The clinic is located at 1378 South State Road 46 in Terre Haute, Indiana.

The screenings will include blood pressure, blood sugar, and lipid panel (HDL, LDL, and triglycerides). The cost for all three screenings is $25. For an additional $10, an A1c test can be added, which measures average blood sugar over the past two to three months. Cash, debit/credit card, and checks are accepted. Insurance will not be billed.

For blood sugar tests, patients are asked to fast eight hours prior to the screening. The test involves a fingerstick and results will be available before you leave.
