The Human Resources Center of Edgar and Clark Counties (HRC) offers a wide range of mental health services. This includes the Living Room Program, a crisis-respite program that provides a safe, inviting, home-like atmosphere for adult patients.

Hours (walk-in): Monday-Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm; Saturday & Sunday, from 8 am to 8 pm.
