Cardiopulmonary Rehab is a supervised exercise program that helps people with heart, lung, and vascular diseases live healthier, more active lives. We provide a personalized treatment plan that combines structured exercise, education, nutritional counseling, stress management, and other lifestyle changes. We offer a friendly group environment where patients learn to cope with their condition and improve their quality of life.
A medical referral is required to participate in the program.

This group exercise program is for people age 65 and older. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and abilities and includes chair exercises, stretching/balancing movements, and strength training (resistance bands and handheld weights).
Requires a medical order from a primary care provider and an assessment from a rehab team member.
Date/Time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7:30am and 9:30am; Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30am and 4:30pm.
