What to Expect

EZ Care treats patients age 3 months and older. The clinic is staffed by board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Because EZ Care is an urgent care clinic and not an emergency department, patients are treated on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of their reason for treatment or severity of condition. No appointments are taken. Following your visit to EZ Care, all follow-up care will be performed through your primary care physician or physician assistant, who will be notified of your EZ Care visit.

Laboratory and radiology services are available in the event tests are ordered. EZ Care does not refill maintenance prescriptions.

Urgent Care or ER?

EZ Care is a walk-in, non-emergency medical clinic that treats minor health conditions. If you have an emergency, call 911 immediately. Whether you go to EZ Care or the emergency room is initially your decision.

Keep in mind that an emergency department treats the sickest patients first and longer wait times can be expected. The provider on duty at EZ Care will ultimately determine whether your condition should be treated in the clinic or the emergency department.

What our patients are saying

“I was impressed that the receptionist interviews patients to determine if they should be seen in EZ Care or the ED. Making sure patients go to the right place the first time saves them time and money.”
