Horizon Health Announces Free Foot Care Clinic

Donations needed to continue annual event

Horizon Health will host its annual Foot Care Clinic on Thursday, March 26, at the High Rise apartments, 230 South High Street, in Paris.

This free event is for residents of the High Rise and Highland Court. However, the general public is welcome to attend without an appointment from 11 am to noon. Walk-ins will be accepted for both adults and children.

Horizon Health podiatrists Drs. Brittany Wojnicki and Anna Ballard will be washing feet, trimming nails, and making referrals for further care, if needed. Each participant will receive a new pair of shoes and socks. The Horizon Health Rehabilitation Services team will provide functional balance testing and fall risk assessments.

Horizon Health extends its appreciation to First Christian Church in Paris for its generous donation of 22 pairs of children’s shoes, and to TruArch Foot & Brace of Terre Haute, a valued partner for the event.
