For current or previous patients of Horizon Health’s bariatric program (Center for Weight Management). Spouses, family members, and friends are welcome to attend.

Learn to manage stress, depression and anxiety, handle anger, and cope with lifestyle changes and nutrition. This support group is open to the public. You do not need to be enrolled in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Program to attend.
