Age 45 to 75
No prior history of abnormal colonoscopies or colon surgery
No history of cardiac disease (excluding high blood pressure)
No severe pulmonary conditions
No active GI symptoms
Controlled diabetes (A1c less than 8.5)
No anticoagulants (blood thinners)
